In her remarks at the gathering, the wife of the governor congratulated the parents and prayed to Allah SWT to bless the child and further Congratulated Hajiya Amina Mukhtari Maigona who also was blessed with a baby girl barely 2 months ago .
She affirmed her visit to the families and Walima was to celebrate with them and prays they grow to be a source of pride for the parents and the society at large
She also seized the opportunity to call on the women at the gathering to take Antenatal serious during pregnancy as it aids in reducing the rigours associated with child birth.
In conclusion , she also pleaded with the audience especially the female ones to work harmoniously in the forth coming elections on all levels by full participation. Stressing the importance of female strength in electoral turnout and value .
Hajiya Maryam Tambuwal also called on husbands to encourage and permit their wives to visit hospitals whenever the need arises.
