The Initiative
The initiative, Maryam Mustapha Aminu Waziri Tambuwal Legacy initiative (MMAWT), aims at mobilizing the youth, caring for the elderly and vulnerable, women from all strata of the society. MMAWT will focus on driving and achieving the developmental agenda of the administration in areas of going green, water and sanitation, employment, empowerment, talent identification and management, skills acquisition, trainings, creating more awareness on environmental sustainability, access to quality health care and general societal well-being.
Our Components
Essentially, the initiative’s mandates are in our education, health, social welfare, rehabilitation and reintegration, environment and climate change, empowerment, and mentoring.
This includes mobilization, participation, and implementation under a carefully designed people oriented and participatory plan that will promote and actualize our values.
This implies that people from all strata of the society will be carried along – women, children, the aged and elderly, the youth, and vulnerable people.

Our Commitment
As stakeholders, the MMAWT Legacy Initiative will continue to galvanize support for successful implementation of designed agreements, in line with best global practices and in tune with the sustainable development goals of eradicating abject poverty by creating sustainability, access to education, quality health care and sustainable means of livelihood to families, communities, and society at large”. Thus far, laudable humanitarian activities have successfully been achieved with the determination to do more.
